Thin, small Digital Camera Recommendations

I'm looking for a high quality, thin digital camera. Just for taking basic pictures, doesn't need to be extremely high quality, but it must be small and it must be thin. Must be at least 3.2MP, preferabbly higher. No Creative 1.3MP cameras or camera phone quality cameras. Being stylish is also a bonus, as its for my girlfriend. Also, the thinner the better. Price range is up to $500.

So far I've looked at:

Sony DSC-T33
Sony DSC-T3
Sony DSC-T7 (OK, but she doesn't like the sliding feature)
Casio Exilim EX-S500/S600

Thanks!

I like the Casio Exilim EX-S500/S600... high quality pix at a reasonably good price, and very thin with large LCD to boot!

I've got the casio EX Z55, interface is pretty good (better than the sony one i used and far far better than olympus). Battery life is excellent, the lense is good but it does show noise in low light situations. I'm happy with it.
