Thin Mini-ITX 9-Series

Is there such a thing as a Thin Mini-ITX board with a 9-series chipset? There are many low wattage refresh CPUs but no refresh thin mini boards, AFAIK. Right now I have a Q87TN that is proving most uncooperative, either it died or is extremely picky about component compatibility. If there was an H97 board out there, I would get it, and use any added voltage or multiplier adjustability to undervolt/underclock a standard refresh CPU for use in a SFF.

I have an H81TN (or as I call it, the "hatin'") and happy with both it specifically and Gigabyte products in general.
