Thin Coax Cable?

I just purchased a small flat-screen tv for my kitchen. I'd like to be able to move the tv around easily, but the coax wire for the cable TV is thick and inflexible.

Is there such a thing as a slimmer, more flexible version of this kind of cable? I've googled this for quite a while and haven't found anything. Any ideas?
