Thin clients for RDP - Pleas recommend

Hi gents,

we work off of Remote Desktops hosted on Server 2012. Having an $800 i5 machine to access this no longer seems necessary.

What is a minimum spec that I should aim for to have a seamless experience with 2x 1080p screens? Wifi or sound not needed.

With Dell and HP these appear to be starting in the low 300's to high 400's, but I do not really understand where they differ or what I should look out for. Cheaper is better, but shit is not an option.

Do you have any suggestions?

Personally, I'd go for the T610:

I've not been a big fan of VIA, so I tend to steer clear. You don't need performance, no, but you should get a smoother experience with something running AMD. Slightly higher clock speed, which may not mean much when everything is done remote, but to me, VIA just doesn't stand out as even a decent performer.
