Too bad they didn't steal 10,000 service plans also. Phones are cheap or even free...

those are gsm phones, a prepay sim card can turn them on right away. you don't even need to show the service provider the actual stolen phone. activate with one, and use the sim card on the stolen phone, or better yet, usually they ship them to another GSM country, then no one cars until the phone is being service by motorola.
