Wrong.

Notice the hinges, exposed to the weather. Rusted as are the pins.
If there's enough overhang that does not happen. I have 2' eaves and the door is on the Lee side of the garage. It gets no weather at all.
I build a smallish garage, and the door swinging in was going to be a logistical problem.

There's a big over hang, I think these are just rusted from age from being outside. Kinda how tools rust inside an unheated garage.

This is an old random pic but the door is on the garage side under that overhang.

So a crackhead does a smash and grab while you are not home, what is your answer to that old man?

The person that's around the next time the crackhead commits a crime caps his ass and improves life for everyone. Or perhaps if we took crime more seriously the person that was around for the last crime would kill him before he got to my home. You can't stop every crime, but you damn sure can stop the criminal because they all get caught eventually. 5 successful crimes and one failure is a grave put to a good use.

This really too complicated for you to figure out?

Do you have any pictures where there isn't snow on the ground or is your camera always broken that weekend?

There's snow on the ground like 90% of the time here lol. This is a pic of when I bought it though, it was summer then, or at least close to summer. Tree has no leaves.

Actually it's funny that truck looks very similar to my current truck, except the difference is the realtor could afford to buy it 10 years ago. :p

Also just realized how much the trees have grown in 10 years. That tree is bigger now and I had to trim that hedge a few years ago, it was WAY taller than the house.
