Thief Strikes Out

If you aren't going to link it don't post it. The collective hive here is quite lazy, and I can't be bothered to goto CNN.com myself, and I'm not even that lazy!
 
And you should edit your title..it's not the thief striking out, but rather the clerk is striking out at the thief.
