thick spray paint?

i'm looking to spray some wire mesh screen in the back yard because its starting to show bits of rust. regular spray paint is so thin, do they make thick heavy spray paint so i can restore some color and prevent future rust?

paint over it w/ rustoleum.

uh, thick spray paint might not spray too good.

Spray it a lot, or get out the paint brush.

yea i was thinking of rustoleum. i guess lots of coats of spray is the only answer. i'd prefer not to use a brush and leave strokes, but maybe it won't be noticable on a wire mesh.
