This review stinks. They are, by their own admission, "Squeezing Value Out of Lower-End Cards". They ask the question: "Can you really spend less than $200 for an inexpensive graphics card and get the performance you need?"
Yet what do they review? The NVidia GeForce 6600, ATI Radeon X800XL, and the X1300 Pro. The NVidia 6600GT and 6800GS are not reviewed. The ATI X1600 Pro, X800 GT/GTO is not reviewed. But they throw in a $222 X800XL??? This is not meant to be a bash against ATI, but against the review. They do not abide by their own rules.
Interestingly enough, they can not spell GeForce, instead calling it GeForece. And in Far Cry, the cards perform slower when overclocked.
