They've Lost my iPod!

Ordered an iPod on Sunday, and Apple sent me a tracking code saying it should get here on wednesday.

No iPod arrived so i called up Fedex, and they said they haven't actually received the package yet.

So then i called apple, and they have no idea where it is! They're running a "trace" on the package, im suppose to wait 72 hours to see if they can find it! Can't they just send me another?!
 
Apple is stalling until they can put the brain reprogramming chip in... seems for once they screwed up 🙂
 
I figured i would the first one to lose it, guess i was wrong.

I was worried of a case of "fallen off the truck" situation, but i realized this is more a case of "didn't get put on the truck"

if FedEx has no record of even receiving it, you should be fine. i can't imagine Apple blaming you for that one.
 
huh whaaaa...sorry i couldnt hear you i had earphones on from the shiny new ipod nano that was "accidently" delivered to me...

i like it except for the inscription engraved on it:

"to my smookums chimmytime, come back and visit me on conjugal visit day, with all my love Bubba from PITA Fed Prison"

If you want it back bring a bunch of your biggest friends.
 
So a week later, they still have no idea where my package is.

They tried to make just wait till their "trace" is finished, so i had to speak with the manager. She was kind enough to screw the trace and set me up a replacement order, with next day shipping and rush service, but she said there's now a wait time. sucks!
