They're making me use... GASP! an email signature!

My new company is forcing me to use one of those colorful formatted email signatures that contains my email address (redundant don't you think), company's address, phone number, and website.

Turn it into plain text and it looks like CRAP.

manager wants everybody's email to be the same.
I'm saying if someone turns my email sig into plain text it looks like crap (no font sizing/colors)

Same here and that is just the generic privacy clause the company automatically puts in.
