They really need more computers in Spain

I am at my school where we have 4 internet computers in the lab. There is like 10 people breathing down my neck trying to make me hurry, I think random Spaniards from off the street use the computers here. How can I browse in peace? I am lucky to get 15 minutes of internet access here a week, this is ridiculous.
