Personally, I have doubts about MJ actually being guilty. I think the kids are being manipulated by others because of a promise of sudden wealth.

Child molestation is a sensitive topic in our society and it's very easy to play that card to turn everyone against an individual. MJ has always been borderline associating with these kids and personally I think he was waving a steak in front of a chained animal. Someone wants money from a wealthy man ... so what else is new in this world?

The search was based on a supposed victim's lies. If I were an attorney, I would have the evidence thrown out because the search was conducted as a result of lies. Then i would argue that this constitutes an illegal search, the same as if the police had fabricated evidence to get a search warrant.

But then again I am not an attorney, and I honestly believe that Wacko Jacko buggered those boys.
