where i work, they just sent out a letter a few days ago stating that sodas and coffee will no longer be subsidized... meaning can sodas will go from 25c to 75c and free coffee to 75c

yeah that's what they just did here. from a quarter to regular price.

yea our vending machines went up a lot

chips from 75 cents to 90 cents now
and certs from 55 to 75

our soda machine stayed the same tho 1.25 for a 20oz

Our university upped the price to 1.15 for bottled coke. I rarely carry .15 cents and I hate breaking the second dollar and having to carry 85 cents in nickels and dimes.

The pricks at my school jacked bottles to $1.50...$1.75 in some machines.

Fuck em...if I want soda, I buy 12 packs on sale for $2.30-$3.00
The bottles are rarely on sale that cheap, but still usually less than $1 each.

Our uni has always had bottled pop at 1.25 so count yourself semi lucky.
