At my work we had two office secretarys until yesterday, now we have one. They just sent out an email asking that each department(about 20) appoint a person to get the mail daily for their department. 
So instead of one person doing mail 20 people are going to have to get mail(about half need to take the elevator to another floor), some of them paid very well since they only have a few people in their department.
