never watched much t&j but iirc looney tunes orchestral music were variations on classical music already written hundreds of years ago by genius composers... so yeah, they were good

The animation was done in Japan I think but the story, voices, music..etc.. was done in the US. At least I think thats the case. Even Batman: The Animated Series I think was animated in Japan as well. Not sure about that one though.
