This is what happens when people legislate on "feels". California politicians are a special kind of stupid.

Perhaps you would support throwing out all requirements. Allow convicted felons to run for president, and purchase guns.

Allow pedophiles to become daycare workers.

America: one nation under surveillance, with water boards for all.

I was surprised by the ruling but on some level if allowed to go through can be used by all sorts of nefarious players to further rig the american political system. That being said, the legal rationale did not make any sense to me for the rulings. Just because something is unpleasant doesn't mean its illegal.
