They are trying to end the 40 hour work week - end overtime pay

It would seem that this is worded to be a flex time bill. It would allow time from one week to be turned in on another week (2 week period). It would seem that this could cause employers to force employees to work overtime one week and then give them time off the next with no difference in pay. Maybe not, but sure seems that way.
