Nice article. It's a shame pinball had the decline it did. Of course, Stern is no longer the only manufacturer, however the largest at the moment.

Cool. That first pic got me itching to play but alas I don't know where I could find any machines near me.

My buddy has taken over a small room at a local dive pub and he now has eight pinballs in there to play. He brought in a White Water just a couple of weeks ago, which is freaking awesome. Love that there is a cool place to go play pinball and have a beer here.

that's awesome. I'd love to do that.

Does he have to pay out the ass to get his pinball machines repaired constantly?

He does it all himself. The White Water came from France by way of Seattle and it took him about six weeks to get it fully restored and ready. It runs like new now; he's super meticulous with all of his games.

He has a bunch of pinballs at the big EA office cafeteria here too, so it's sort of a side business as well as a hobby for him. Pretty cool, plus he gives me tonnes of free plays, which is nice. :awe:

Yeah, Funhouse is amazing. After White Water, it is the one I play most. Fortunately both are at that pub, so I get to play them quite a bit.

KT

I guess I gotta go to this arcade then since they have both...
