Why not search honda sites and forums for the OEM ones? I'm sure you'll find someone selling their stock accord rims. This way you'll get the OEM quality.

Define "any good"... Are they a good "name brand"? Is the quality of manufacture any good (it appears to be a cast aluminum wheel)? Is the style appealing?

Personally, I would buy a set of rims from a legitimate supplier, rather than off ebay. That way you have somewhere to go if anything goes wrong.
