Stopped by a local store yesterday, and picked up three games.

Supreme Commander $2.99
Company Of Heroes $4.99
Frontlines FOW $4.99

After I installed Company Of Heroes, there were a shitload of patches and updates to be installed. One of the updates included Tales Of Valor and Opposing Fronts. So it was $4.99 for COH and both expansions.

If any one here has a Ollies Outlet close to them, check out the PC Gaming software, they have loads and loads of it.

Don't know about the the FOW, but the first two are top notch. You got a great deal.

I can confirm this. Saw COH, FrontLines, and Warhammer: DOW Dark Crusade all for $4.99. SUPCOM may have been there also.

I need to pick up DoW and CoH on the next steam sale I have heard they're phenomenal and a good change of pace from Starcraft style play.

ah ah ah..... There is no such thing as "Tales of Valour" and "Opposing Fronts" update. You cant just "update" to them. These were released separately and have their own cost. Tales of Valour was actually a standalone game/expansion. So you either bought 3 games, not one, or you bought just the cd keys, (that would explain the "update) or.... well, you tell me. ; )

IMHO supreme commander is a very mediocre game. In fact it's a complete joke, and doesn't come close to even touching it's venerable predecessor Total Annihilation. I actually liked SupCom a little when I just started playing, it's presentation is deceptive. It's easy to get lured in by the shiny "wrapper", just to discover what a complete piece of crap it is underneath. Even now, when the original is so incredibly old, I would suggest anyone to play THAT instead of SupCom. Maybe only the low price you got it for justifies the purchase.

Company of Heroes is in fact an absolutely top notch game, hands down one of the very best RTS games ever made along with Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War. Some say Dow2 is worse than Dow1 but, both DOW 1 and 2 are great in their own way, IMHO.

FL:FOW I didn't play. But judging from reviews it's a good game. Not a "great" game, but at this price, you really cant complain.

Great deal on Company of Heroes. I picked it up on steam for that price a while ago and have yet to play it. Everything I hear about it is great though, looking forward to trying it when I have time.

Well, yes I know about those and they are expansions. However....The game I bought was Company Of Heroes. Came with "one" disc and "one" serial key. I installed....ran the game. After all the few hours long of updates and patches, I ran the game again...Although this time I had Tales Of Valor and Opposing Fronts.

So no..I did not purchase the keys for the expansions. But the game did "in fact" update or patch and it included the expansions.

Oh, my brother picked up the game as well....that is how I knew about the games at the store. And yes....it updated/patched his game with the expansions as well. And he had "one" disc and "one" serial key.

I don't know. You tell me.
