These are bad right?

These are really bad are they not...

+12V 12.544
+5V 4.919
+3.3V 3.312

None of them seem too close to me. Am i wrong about these being bad?

What PS is this? What tool are you using to measure those voltages?

Your 3.3 and 5.0 volts are spot on; I don't know anyone (I've never seen it) that has 3.30 and 5.00 exactly, on those lines.

The 12.0 line is a little on the high side, but nothing to worry about. Better a little high than too low. Don't worry...except if this is a POS PS. Is it a brand name? Which one?
 
Well i doubt there right. I was using Asus PC Probe. I am using a 400Watt allied PSU. It is the exact same one used in the Anandtech 20 PSU round up.. yep the one that was horrible.

Those voltages are within +/-5%, acceptable... And I would always want to measure with a DVM before making a final judgement.

I wouldn't worry much for regular use. If you start into extreme overclocking, your system might run into stability issues if your rails are that far off.
 
If you want to check it a little more (even using AsusProbe), check it in a few different scenarios:

? Idle
? Prime95 Load (CPU load)
? AquaMakr Load (VGA load, tests 3.3v rail I think)
? Burning a CD/DVD (tests 12v rail)

If they are all relatively close to each other and near what you posted, you're fine.
 
You can't be absolutely sure with the voltages until you have measured them with a voltmeter.. the built-in sensors of the motherboard are not really that accurate.

Why do you say this? I'm not saying you're wrong but I'm curious as to why you claim this. I would think that sensors on your mobo would be pretty damn accurate if a BIOS settings ups a voltage by 0.05V. Again, not arguing with you but would like to hear your proof of this. (I may go home and take a look at my lines on my mobo with a multimeter just to see if mine is close.)
 
It depends on the board in question. My board reads nowhere close to right. The fluctations it reads are correct, but they aren't in the correct range. My 5v is actual 5.1, and mobo reads 4.89. It dips to 4.98 on occasion. and the mobo will read 4.86. Same with 12v. Actual from rail is 12.02, and mobo reads 11.86, dips to 11.97 read 11.81.
