Thermoelectric Cooling Module

Would this http://www.radioshack.com/ProductCatalog/ProductDetail/Index/1,2098,CTLG_7_9008562,00.html work for cooling a CPU? I have no idea what it is used for. I was just looking around the radio shack website and came across it.

Hmm, I believe that device is commonly referred to as a peltier, it might work

hehe I didn't know that is what they used in peltiers. learn something new everyday.

it depends on what processor you are gonna use.
