Thermocongine w/ YS Tech 60x25mm vs Taisol 760 copper bottom w/ same YS Tech?

I know, I know I got "hypnotized" by most of the web reviews that made the Thermocongine the heatsink to get but if I "rectify" this situation and decide to replace it with the Taisol copper bottom w/ a YS Tech 60x25mm fan, how much(i.e. rough estimate since we all know the inaccuracy of socket a temp readings c/o mikewarrior) of a temp decrease am I looking at?
 
probably not any... the thermoengine drops socket-thermistor engines 3-5C lower than actual heatsink temps, per overclockers.com reports...

That isnt' to say you won't see a core tmep drop, though.

I am in the same situation with you Biggs. I also want more information about this so if anyone has tried both or seen a review that compares them let us know please 🙂
