Thermochill 120.3

MotF Bane

No Lifer
Does it come with any fans?
Does it come with a shroud?
Do most people use three fans, or six fans?
Would a second shroud be needed for six fans?
How deep would the unit be with six fans (three per side obviously)?
Nothing critical, just some idle curiousity.

no fans included,
no shroud included,
three is adequate for my system but I use six,
second shroud is not included'
7" plus grilles,
If you go w/ 6 fans 2 shrouds buy a second gasket for the fans,
it is not included,
I made one.
best rad available.

did I mention screws?

I have no concerns about screws; my house has everything I could ever need. Why on Earth would I need a gasket to mount the fans, there's no liquid involved between fans and the metal...?

It's a foam gasket to dampen noise.
I used 3/4 x1/4 dense foam weatherstripping to make the second I needed because I'm far to impatient to wait for a second order.
As I said the rad is great. It cools my vid and cpu adequately w/ 3 yate loons undervolted so I would bet it can handle sli with the cpu and nb no prob. My vcore is now at 1.48v, 25-6c idle, vid card at 30c

Simply the best rad out there but it is expensive but you pay for quality....

IMHO with fewexceptions, it will cool anything running with low speedfans
