Okay, really stupid question but... If I purchase a thermistor cable and stick near my cpu, what do I use to read the temperature if my mobo has no thermistor headers? A search of the net doesn't help since they all involve plugging the connector to a header and using some chip to read it. Thanks.

Yeah, that's it! Thanks! Of course, US$69 for a fan and temperature controller is pretty expensive... that's almost what I paid for the CPU! 😀
