thermaltake's graphic card coolers quiet?

wanted to change the fan on my ti4600....the gfx card fan seems to be the loudest of all the fans in my case. i was wondering if the thermaltake's line of coolers are quiet. anybody know?
 
Nope, I had to 7V my CORB to kill the whiny sound from the fan, but now it produces this deep sound. The loudest fan in my system. If you want a quiet solution go with a fanless or watercooling product

If you can afford or can introduce a Waterblock into a WC system, then that would do better.
