Thermaltake Water2.0 pro best fans

I just ordered a thermaltake water2.0 pro, and I get a $30 mail in rebate, so I was wondering what the best fans for it I can get for that much are. I want them to be red and/or blue, but no leds

Scythe GTs are great if you're not too anal about the color choice, they work really well for radiators.

I'd go for the Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition or High Performance Edition (they've been recommended by XBitLabs). They come with an interchangeable color ring, which can be red, blue or white; the high performance edition is just running at a higher fan speed, so the one you get should depend on whether you care more about temperature or quietness.

will that improve performance though?

ok now I'm confused about this cooler, i just installed it and ran prime95, it gets a lot hotter running it than my 9900max, but in game temperatures are significantly better now...

What do they cost you?

Noctua NF-F12 PWM 120MM NCIX Cda: $25 + Shipping and Tax = $35+: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16835608017

Noctua NF-P14 FLX NewEgg Cda: $30 + $10 shipping & Tax = $40+: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608017

SO MUCH FOR FREE TRADE

I bought 2 from Microcenter recently, under $60 total. Had them price match Newegg at $26.99 each. I have seen them for as little as $23 online with tax and free shipping. Your links are also showing 140mm fans, I am talking about the 120mm NF-F12

That still makes them twice as much as the Cougars. I agree they are better fans (although not THAT much better) but not worth twice the cost of the Cougars (IMO). I've got F12's on the servers, but I've been completely satisfied with the Cougars on the desktop.

noctua fans are pretty much out of question though, I just need fans better than the stock for under $30 for both

What about Noiseblocker Multiframes (black frame and clear blades)? Also very, very good, and just less than $30 each with shipping. Otherwise, the Corsair SP120 (either kind) are probably the best you'll get for "cheap" ($30 for a pair). They should improve performance over stock.

wow those noiseblockers are beautiful, but do they have the static pressure necessary to be radiator fans?
