Thermaltake water 3.0 Extereme problem

Hello Guys;

Got the Thermaltake water 3.0 Extreme which has three modes: extreme which gives 75% fanspeed to everything above 35C and 100C above 55C, Silent barely any speed until 60C and custom which is meant to be the medium, but when I place the mode to custom and I run blend test the fan speed does not change. It is not following the outline that thermaltake has created. Any ideas?
