What ya people think about ThermalTake Venus 12 heatsink?
plan to use it with amd athlon 64 3400 newcastle

It all depends how you wanna use your Processor if you are not going to Overclock then factory HSF is good also, infact i am using factory HSF.
But it is a good cooler, i am using it with my Pentium 4 Prescott works fine, and quite, even at high temperature and it is really cheap $20
