Thermaltake V1000A - Case Problems, I Think?

Alright. I have built a few rigs in my time, and have gone through some of your normal problems (bad memory, bad mobo, mad cpu, burnt cpu, bad transistors, etc), so I am comfortable with diagnosing problems accordingly on a system build.

I decided to shell out some dollars and get a "name-brand" case, the Thermaltake XaserIII Super TowerX (V1000A) to build my new rig. Here is the Linky

Now, this case comes with their homebrand fan controller (Hardcano9), which is no chore to setup in and of itself due to the 7 case fans that can be placed in this chassis. However, when I put all of my basic components (mobo, cpu, memory, gpu, PC Power & Cooling PSU 510 deluxe), and attach the front panel connectors, I get zip. No sound, no beeps, no juice. Now, the PSU works fine, because I tested in another rig, and it is working.

What is also wierd is that when I press the power button on the Case, I do not get a clicking sound. Now, to save you guys from a longer post, the PSU ATX connector, along with the 4PIN connector are plugged into the mobo. When I plug in the keyboard, the lights on the keyboard come on, which tells me that power is flowing through the mobo, so it may not be a mobo issue. I am leaning towards it being the case, but am not too sure.

Any thoughts?

Also - second question - This fan controller comes with three molex connectors to be plugged into the PSU (LCD display and the other two just for juice, I suppose), and then has 4 individual molexs for each available fan channel. Now, do these fans also have to be plugged into the PSU separately, or will they be fine from the PSU connects on the fan controller? The reason why I am asking is that I am running out of PSU molexs to hook stuff up to, and if I don't need to hook these fans up to PSU, then I would be straight.

Anywho, any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks!
