Thermaltake V1 CPU Cooler

Hi.
I am getting a Gigabyte P35C-DS3R.
Just wondering if I get the V1, will I be able to fit the cooler in such a way the fan blows directly out of the casing?
Lian Li PC7 is my casing.

I will also be getting the OCZ ram cooler.
Is it possible that I fit both the coolers in?

I can fit the Ultra 120 Ex + OCZ ram cooler, with the 965P-DS3. However the P35C has 6 ram slots, so it may be a little tighter fit.
