CUSA has had this case for ~$70 after rebates a few times. I'm not sure I'd call this deal hot.

I have a couple friends with this case, and they dont like it.

I'm currently using this case and I LOVE IT! It has one of the best air flows for a case because of the 2x120mm fans and 1 90mm fan. As for th e price, at most it is warm, but not hot. Compusa had it on sale after rebates for about $70-80 after rebates a while back. My 2 Cents.
