Thermaltake Starforce or UFO Fan?

If those are the only two fans you are considering, then I'd say go with the UFO Fan. Better maximum CFM, better noise, and it's smaller.

I'm guessing you are more concerned with looks than noise... That's cool. Just know that there is always a trade-off between noise/cooling/looks/size.
