Thermaltake Spark 7+ HSF

Never installed a HSF on a board before and was wondering if anyone had ever had any experience with this combo or Thermaltake in general. From what i heard, their stuff aint too shabby. I bought some Artic Silver 5 and hopefully this stuff works like everyone said it has. Whats the best way to take the old paste of and how much of the new stuff should i put on. I got a 120mm fan on the back blowing air in so hopefully the heat issues will be resolved. Anyone got any good advice?
 
Clean it off with some paper towel and 99.9% Isoprophyl alcohol.
Just put a little dab, maybe 1 cubic millimeter of AS5.
Follow the instructions. 😉
