Hello Folks

I have a few questions that I want to consult you water cooling experts out there.
For starters my current rig consists of a athlon 2500+ running at 3200 speeds. I have a danger den rbx block and maze 4 chipset cooler, I also have the standard black ice extreme radiator. In the past year have had nothing but a great experience with my first water cooled system. However I am in the process of upgrading to a athlon 64 3400+ and mis k8t socket 754 mobo. Here are my two questions. Will my current rbx block work on the athlon 64. And second with the Soprano Case where is the best location I should place the radiator without causing much damage or change to the case.

Also how often do you guys change the water in your water cooled systems.

Thanks,
Darkstar

You should be able to get an A64 mounting top at DD. If you can't find it let me know. Where you can mount you depends on the way your case is situated and what cuts it has. If you post a link I'll be glad to look at it. How often you flush you loop depends on the coolant mixture.. If you use something like distilled and antifreeze I would suggest you flush every six months.

Your RBX is composed of two parts. One contacts the top of your CPU, the other is screwed on top of it and has the mounting holes drilled into it. There's an O-ring in the middle to stop leaks. You can buy a replacement top to avoid having to purchase an entirely new block.
