Thermaltake Sonic Tower, Antec P160 & DFI NFII Lanparty Ultra B?

Since the new Thermaltake Sonic Tower heatsink is a massive giant, I was wondering if anyone had any issues with installing a Sonic Tower + fan on a DFI NFII Lanparty Ultra B motherboard, such as blocking a RAM slot, or clearance issues with any other component on the motherboard. I was also wondering if the Thermaltake Sonic Tower would fit in a Antec P160 case. The dimensions for the heatsink is 112 x 112 x150 mm (without 120mm fan).

Does anyone have any experience with this new heatsink?
