If I get this, will my motherboard's MCP overheat due to the fact that it's passively cooled? Can I add a motherboard chipset cooler this loop if I got it?

Does anyone know how the Thermaltake Silent Water compares performance wise to the Coolermaster Aquagate Mini R120?
Both are priced similarly.
