Thermaltake Silent Purepower 480w with variable fan speed

I've got one of these.

It's got a variable fan in it along with a second fan on the bottom. It's a pretty popular model and I was wondering how low do you guys keep the fan settings. At the lowest setting, it's completely silent but it's not pushing out that much air. I'm afraid it's going to explode if I keep it at that setting, but maybe one of you have it kept at very low speeds.

Thanks.

I have one as well. I keep it on high just becuase it isn't very loud compared to the rest of my system. It should be okay to keep it on low, but the lowest I leave mine on is medium...

If you're putting some medium or more load on it, lowest settings won't cut it, it'll overheat. I suggest 20-30% above low on that specific PSU for optimal performance/noise levels.
