Thermaltake Shark vs Thermaltake Armor

Which one do you guys think is better?

Armor: (what about the 25cm side panel fan? worth it?)
Bigger, more fans, the side panel can be closed or open (i like to keep it closed, less dust gets in)

Shark:
Smaller, less fans, removable motherboard tray (awesome), an opening on the side (which means more dust, but i could cover that)

So basically the shark is 20 bucks more for the removable motherbaord tray, is it woth it?

I'm open to other case suggestions. ALthough I would like a semi-fancy case with few LED's. Cooling is very important, since I plan to OC a 4200+ and run crossfire evetually in the same case.

Also will my OCZ GameXstream PSU have any issues in any of these cases?

Thanks

Myself, I love my Armor case..its huge..(and quite heavy). I have great airflow. I tried the new side panel with the 250mm fan and all I got was higher temps on my GPU's ..all I can figure is that the side fan just disturbed the good airflow I already had within the case. My GPU temps went up about 5 degrees C..needless to say I know have a side panel with a huge-assed fan sitting in my closet..lol. about the OCZ gameXstream. As you can see in my sig I have the 700 watt model.. no problems at all installing in the Armor case. It actuall gave me a bit more room at the top exhaust fan area as its cables dont stick out quite as far as my old Ultra X-connect.

cool, exactly what I wanted to know.

I've been eyeing the armor case for a while and now its for 125 AR at newegg, I think I'll jump on it!

Thanks
