I have one coming on Tuesday.
Very interesting power supply.
3 dedicated 12v rails , one 12v is for the CPU, one is for the accessories (HD/DVD), and one is for the Video Card / PCI-E.

.
The 680W Silent PurePower is fully compatible with SSI EPS 12V and ATX 12V Version 2.01. It features not one, but two PCI Express connectors on a dedicated rail, 4 SATA connectors, and 10 Molex connectors allowing almost endless expansion possibilities. All cables are wrapped in wire sleeving for improved airflow, and a 24-to-20-pin adapter is included for backward compatibility with 20-pin motherboards.

I'll be posting results as soon as it's installed and running my system.

Overkill??
No way.
I overclock my system and need solid rails plus:

I have SATA 4 HD's
6800 Ultra
FX53
Corsair high performance ram
DVD Burner
5 sets cathode of lights
AND 5 120mm fans

My system and pics

$169
I was considering the PC Power and Cooling 510W , but decided this one was more future proof.

You could run that on a 400. :)

Too bad the rails aren't adjustable. :(

400W nope
By math, yes you would think so.
But even on my Antec 550 you can watch the rails fluctuate quite a bit when overclocked.

I'm looking for stabilty and the other features that come with the new versions of PSU's.

Many TT power supplies don't advertise but many have internal POTs for the rails, my TT 480 power supply had pots for 5v and 12v rails, only way to tell is open it up and they are small philips head plastic screws.
