Looks like a cross between the Si-128 and Zalman's 7000 series. Thermaltake may get a dollar out of me this time around. 🙂
 
Or a 9500/9700 with a 90 degree bend in the heat pipes.

...An interesting idea but I have an aversion to all things Thermaltake.
