I hadn't heard of this thing until this story popped up.

Looks interesting. Hopefully AT will get one for a review.

Man..

i heard that case is in a insane price ranges...

I think id go out to my custom builder and have him make me one from scratch. :X

Most sharper looking cases are not cooling champions. Look at the Cosmos. Most Lian Lis are also warm until you bring on the airflow which makes them quite loud.

Why is it lame.......did you read the article.....
Each compartment on the Level 10 has its own ventilation.
I am sure Thermaltake would not sell something that expensive without it having proper ventilation!

the cpu/mb, psu compartments have their own intake fans/filters and i assume exhausts. the hd racks have some sort of integral heatsink block that connects all of them. so other than the 5.25" drives, everything has a single direction airflow with no dead space for heat to linger in. sounds like is should cool just fine. bonzai duck is a big fan(no pun) of compartmentalized cooling.

i liked this case and the concept when it came out months ago. $700 isn't a price i would even consider paying, but i hope the concepts trickle down to mainstream designs.

very well said!

It looked like an interesting concept when I first saw it, but there's no way in Hell I'd ever pay close to that. I was hoping for more like $150.

If the price weren't so ridiculous it might make for a good HTPC in a tech friendly home... Would be a good conversation piece, but I can't see myself ever using that as my main PC.

Is the price rediculous??
Think about what you just said for a moment...
The price is only rediculous because iether you cannot afford it...or...your parents refuse to purchase it for you.
The Thermaltake level 10 was meant for people who enjoy radically different items.
It is perfectly functional and in a weird way beautiful.

According to the article, $700. A wee bit on the pricey side.

Wow I guess I'm not the only one that thinks the price is retarded... why attack my post and make some statement about financial issues? At least in my post I said that it does have some merits to it and implied that the design is good. You're an asshole.

I didn't know they were really gonna make that thing.

I liked it when I first saw the show pics and I like it now but there's no way I can afford it.

Is there any "B" stock yet? 😀

That is right to the point but I suspect not too many will understand it.

You are not just paying for substance...also form.

At least B&O usually offers more than just style. I had one of B&O's radial tracking arm turntables way back in the mists of history. Gorgeous piece of work that functioned as well as it looked.

umm.. this is such an old post.. im half tempted to reply to it..
But... i have cases which cost more then 700 dollars and have about 5x the features this case have.

i feel a 700 dollar case should fit an eVGA SR-2 inside.

It looks like a borg.

If you ask me, and at that price id goto charles @ murdermod now.

I bet even groink from our forums could build u a jaw dropper case for 700 dollars.

I really like how it looks, if it was $500 cheaper or I won the Mega Millions I'd definitely buy one. It looks absolutely nothing like any other case I've ever seen.
