Coming Soon

nVidia

TMG ND5

CL-G0099

nVidia 8800 GTS/GTX series

VR-Zone image

Appears to be similiar to the TMG ND2/AT2 design (non-DHES), but
the heatsink is longer by approximately 1" (guesstimate)

ATI

TMG AT4 L.C.S.

CL-W0150

ATI R600 series

VR-Zone image

Although the shroud and fan appear similiar to the other liquid-cooled HSFs (DHES),
the waterblock on the AT4 cools not only the GPU, but the memory and VRM as well.
Additionally, the cooling lines enter/exit from the long axis of the card instead of
perpendicular as in the other L.C.S. models.

Those look fantastic!

OT, isnt the 6800GT PCB same as 6800ultra PCB?

So intheory shoudnt the 6800GT be part of the specifications as well? or im informed wrong?

Yeah, I've seen these a few days ago too. The AT-1 would have been nice to have when the x1900 cards were released. I've got a beastly Thermalright HR-03 now, so nothing for me here...

I believe you're correct. The only difference between the GT and the Ultra is that the GT only has 1 molex connector and is missing two capacitors that the Ultra has. Perhaps TT will realize this and amend their description to include the GT as compatible as well.

What about the 6800GT's that used the 6800 PCB....like my ASUS V9999GT?

Then its a no-no I guess.

These look much more efficent than the NV5 silencer rev3. We need some english benchmarks!

That should fit a X1950 pro right?

yeah anybody can confirm? I've been looking for a quiet X1950Pro cooler narrow enough to fit in my HTPC case, looks like this is perfect.

For how well these appear to do based off of the one review and the fact that they apparently are about as quiet at TT claims I wonder why they didn't ratchet up the airflow a bit more, sure 16.6 dB is good, but if they were to increase the airflow and only hop it up to 22 dB or so it'd be practically silent and cool even better, o well. Once i see some reviews i might very seriously look at getting one for my 7900gt, stupid loud stock fan.

Well I bit the bullet and ordered the TMG AT1 for my X1900XT (I HATE the stock cooler). I'll be sure to post back here once I have it installed and report as to how good (or bad) it is :)

Anyone know which PCB the x1950 pro uses?

Obvieusly the PCB is unique although based on an earlier design. It generally resembles the board of a more expensive and complex X1900 series card, but is significantly simpler. Memory chips are rotated 90° though they are still aligned in a semicircle. Considering a 256-bit bus and high chip clock rate, this is clear - you need to maintain identical (or nearly identical) distance from the core to each memory chip. The RAGE Theater unit providing VIVO functionality is on its usual place. It features TV-in requiring a special adapter. But the external power interface was moved to the center in card's "tail". The power supply unit was also simplified and now has fewer analog elements. It became more "digital" so to say. Overclockers might like that.

Digit-life X1950 Pro review

Whether or not that would prevent the cooler from fitting properly is another matter.

Don't see why it shouldn't. I had a 7900GT until eVGA sent me a replacement 7950GT, both have exactly the same layout.

I'd consider getting one except that I hate the thermal pads on the ram. My old nvsilencer had those things and it was a pain to remove the cooler.

How much is the TMG AT3 LCS??? I looked on Thermaltake's website and searched google, but didnt turn up anything. Is it even for sale yet?

I really want this because my computer is in the living room (1 bedroom apt) and the stock cooler is so loud. If i watch a movie late at night and cant turn the TV up, I have to turn the computer off. And that's with a watercooled CPU. This is especially enticing for me because it would be so simple just to throw it on the watercooling loop if I ever choose to do so. Plus, my case air flow is very poor, so the DHES is very attractive.

Bought a ND1 for my 7900GT and temp dropped almost 25 dec C! I was so impressed by it that I immediately bought another for my 6800GS card setup. The stock 6800GS could reach 95 deg C during benchmarking, but with the ND1 it's running 23 deg C cooler maxing out at only 72 deg C. Noise level is almost undetactable. Highly recommended!

BTW, the 7900GT runs 8~10 deg C cooler than the 6800GS!
