Thermaltake Fanless VGA Cooler

I have 6600GT, and I want a fanless vga cooler. I only see a product, Thermaltake Fanless VGA Cooler around, that only fits into 6600GT.

My questions are:

Is it a good idea to change the stock fan into a silent cooler?

How is the performance on this particular product?

Is there any other product other there can fit my need?

Somehow ppl say the stock fan for 6600GT is pretty quiet...but that is not the case for me, I have a EVGA 6600GT, and the fan is the most noisy thing in my case. Can anyone help me out please?

I don't know if there's an NV Silencer that will fit the 6600GT, but I have one on my 6800GT and it's like night and day compared to the stock BFG cooler.
