ThermalTake Element V side panel connector

I have a system with a ThermalTake Element V case and the little 3 pin spring connector that electrically connects the side panel fan to the case popped off. From looking at it I can't figure out how it was originally connected though I can see where it went.

Anyone know if they are soldered on and maybe the solder just gave way? That's easy enough to fix.
