thermaltake ducting mod

i have a Barton 2500 with a thermalright ALX800 heatsink and a thermaltake coolmod II fan. i would like to know if the thermaltake ductng solution will work on it or not? as in will it fit on my ALX800 heatsink or is it just for thier volcano series of heatsinks???
 
It's pretty easy to modify the holes and mounty situations. the direction of air flow might be tricky if it's not where you want it.

Good mod for the $$ though.
