Anyone actually try calling the 1-800 number?

Im in need of some missing accesories and wanted to know if they sold them seperate.

Ive been trying to contact them since monday morning.

Is there some hidden number i need to know about?

Ive been calling (800)988-1088. Also emailed them since the weekend (sunday)

anyone know of an email of a rep or something?
 
I emailed thermaltake tech support with a question about 6 weeks ago, and never did get a response. Fortunately, I was able to figure out the problem on my own.
