thermaltake cooling kit?

do you guys use the sticky stuff they use or do you all cemet it on with that aritic silver crap?

I used the thermal tape. It's been working fine for me, and I wanted to be able to take them off when I ever change RAM in my computer. AS epoxy is more permenant though.
