Thermaltake CL-P0024 Copper Cooling Heatsink

Yes it will support it. It supports K8 processors (Skt 939, 754, 940). However, I would not spend that much on a Thermaltake heatsink without fan when I can get a Scythe Ninja Pro (with fan) for around the same price.
 
dude i wouldnt trust that much torque on my motherboard is more like it. one nudge and it looks like it would rip the board in half :X
